The client-facing assistant is an Atelier Advisor. It answers practical questions about the score, package fit, format, top-ups, cost categories, domain/hosting, safe access, support, and next step.
- The browser never receives an AI provider key.
- The server loads only the approved report and Atelier rules needed for the answer.
- Secrets, payment details, sensitive regulated details, and credentials are rejected before any provider call.
- The current trial uses a local advisor with no token spend. A live model can be added later behind budget, consent, logging, and human escalation.
